Dr. Susanne Knowles is an educational, coaching, organisational and counselling psychologist and the Chair and Founder of the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches (founded in 2012). She holds a PhD in Management (UQ; awarded 2020) and three master’s degrees in Education, Psychology and Business Administration. Her work focuses on helping individuals achieve goals, enabling teams to peak performance, and supporting organisations to increase engagement, retain talent and improve profitability. She has held senior executive and teaching roles (including at UQ, QUT and Griffith), served on boards across government, not-for-profit and professional services, and has 20 years’ executive-coaching experience with national and international organisations.
